Anuga is divided into ten product trade shows running in parallel — Fine Food, Frozen, Meat, Dairy, Drinks, Organic, Hot Beverages, Bread & Bakery, Culinary Concepts and Anuga Foodservice. They share the venue and a single ticket.
Anuga and SIAL alternate years and dominate the European food-fair calendar. Anuga has slightly more retail focus; SIAL leans more towards innovation and food service. Most buyers attend both in alternating years.
