Exhibitors and trade visitors alike. You do not need your own stand to get something out of a defence fair — many travel to map the market, meet potential partners and see where the technology is heading. On a national pavilion you also get a fixed base to hold meetings from.

The pavilion is organised by FSi, and stand space is booked directly with them. We handle the travel — flights, hotel, transfers and the practical side — so you deal with one contact for each part.

No. Most are trade-only events for the defence industry, government and military personnel. Registration is done in advance, and identification must be shown at the entrance. Some fairs also restrict parts of the exhibition by nationality.

Earlier than you would think. Stand space on national pavilions is limited, and companies needing larger areas choose their position first. On long-haul trips airfares matter too — group seats are only held until a given deadline.
