We collect information you provide when submitting an enquiry through our forms:

• Phone number
• Company name
• Number of participants
• Any message you write in the free-text field

We also collect technical information through analytics tools (see the cookies section below).

Why do we collect this information?

We use your information for the following purposes:

• Processing your trade fair trip enquiry
• Sending you confirmation and relevant information
• Contacting you with offers based on your request
• Improving our website through anonymised usage statistics

The legal basis is consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) when you submit a form, and legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)) for analytics and website improvement.

Enquiries are stored securely in our database. We do not share your personal data with third parties, except for:
